Real people read this, and a real person answers — usually within one business day. If you already have an account, sending from inside the app tells us which domains and plan you're on, so we can skip the back-and-forth.

We only use your address to answer you. Nothing here goes on a mailing list.

Prefer plain email? support@bastionscan.com reaches the same place. Buying for a larger estate? Talk to sales instead. To report abuse or a security issue with Bastion itself, use security@bastionscan.com — those go to the top of the pile.

A quick note on scans: Bastion only scans domains you have proved you control, using a DNS TXT record. If you believe someone has pointed Bastion at infrastructure that isn't theirs, tell us at security@bastionscan.com and we will cut it off.
